The Heartbeat Webinar Series presents:

In January, Morneau Shepell announced the results of its global survey of employees, finding that more than three quarters (77 per cent) of Canadian employees would consider leaving their current organization for the same pay if their new workplace offered better support for their personal well-being.  For the first time, the survey secured responses from employees in Canada, the US and the UK, in possibly the most comprehensive global view of workplace mental health in a decade.  This research helps to promote further discussion and build even more awareness about the importance of, and challenges with mental health.
